You always seem so delightful, but in fact you’re so spiteful, and you always say things you don’t mean. The way a smile fits on your face, it kinda looks out of place, and you know I know, you’re not so clean. The little flower in your hair, and you pretending you don’t care, but you want us right beneath your feet. Sugar coated just as planned, now you got us in your hand, but you know I know you’re not so sweet. And I will never be beneath your feet, because to me you’re not so sweet.
2.
The things you say, don’t add up to the ones you do, a man of peace, I smell a hypocrite in you. Oh please, keep an open mind, until you find the size, you think that fits you best. A man of people in the service of Her Majesty, telling us how good our lifes can be. A gentleman and distinguished member of society, unlike you and me. No money,no lies, imagine what a great life it can be, oversized, you fooled them but you’re not fooling me. And when, I see all those fellas deeply dressed in blue, it always makes me think of you. And you always say, that the love you give, is the one you make. We won’t remember you, as a man in need of love who used to drink to much. A man of people in the service of Her Majesty, telling us how good our lifes can be. A gentleman and distinguished member of society, unlike you and me. A dreamer who lived against and in the life of luxury, a man just like you and me.

One day in 1955, Johnny walked out that door. Nobody knew if he was dead or alive, but he said I ain’t coming back no more. No one knew why he left, but we know what he said. If I was to lead a life like you, I’d rather be dead. Maybe even Jack the Ripper, ripping of your tiny head, Maybe even miss Daisy, on her way back home. Days rolled by, and time was dragging slow, without him being home. A shame that you left, but don’t be long, it makes the heart grow cold. If you ever find yourself dreadfully alone, please do come home. Maybe even Jack the Ripper, ripping of your tiny head, Maybe even miss Daisy, on her way back home.

Miss Milton’s lovely fudge pie, she liked it but I don’t know why. Marylin came here all the time, across the line. We watch you eat and dance, life’s nothing more but romance, polite and finely dressed, with your life we’re all obsessed. An image of Marylin and JFK, we seem to judge the lifestyle but we love the cliche. From the oval to the screens, across the USA and it seems, in cold amazement, we watch and refuse, to stop the tragedy of life, of misses Milton’s blues. Reality seems to bend, while you sail in to the sunset far away to happy end. Hanging out with old Tiffany lamps, lonely gentleman and cheap tramps, miss Milton knew how to get along.
